We set up to provide services for Scissors, Knives and Clipper Blade sharpening in Saltash, Plymouth and surrounding areas.
We can also provide a mailing service, so if you wish to send your Scissors, Knives, Clipper Blades to us.

We offer an IN SALON SHARPENING SERVICE
The main part of the business is SPECIALIST scissor sharpening such as CONVEX scissors. We provide services to Hair salons, Pet groomers/Stores, Textile, Clothing and Mattress manufacturers, also Tailors and Dressmakers.
We DON'T just sharpen your scissors on our HIRA-TO Flat Hone System and Ookami diamond wheels. We strip and FULLY SERVICE them with the greatest of care, we will replace washers, bump stops even finger inserts, we correct any set issues and tension to finish

We offer Clipper Blade Sharpening for Hairdressers, Dog groomers and Equestrian. We will check your clippers for wear and advise. (see Clipper Blade page)

Knives
Knife sharpening is offered through the mobile service to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Bistros and other catering outlets etc.
Kitchen knives sharpened on our TruHone and Catrasharp machines to 30 degrees (Gothic Arch)
Serrated knives sharpened on our Tormek wet wheel.
All knives are polished after sharpening so please be sure to wash them to remove polishing compound before using.
